It has magnificent array of scents starting from butter and toast to vanilla and wooden tones. The taste is subtle, round, full and fat. It is an excellent companion with white cheese, fish, seafood, and bird's meat. It can accompany a cold buffet, salads and cold meat dishes. Also can be served with fish and meat dishes with light sauces. We advise you to serve this wine at temperature between 8-10°C. |
